Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellations and Refunds (if applicable)

For any cancellations from 24 hours to 30 days before the journey we charge a 5% cancellation fees on the total amount. For any cancellation from 0 to 24 hours before the Journey Date, we charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount. All other cancellations more than 30 days before the Journey will have full refund of the paid amount.

Apart from this, each Agent who has partnerered with us on the Tour packages can have their own cancellation policy which is mentioned in the respective Travel Package you select and is package dependent. The overall cancellation amount hence would include both the Agent Cancellation price and the Cancellation by Zomok Travel Solutions Private Limited.

Once your cancellation request is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. aIf you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@onesteptraveller.com.
